What does your ideal postpartum experience look like?

 Do you picture yourself sheltered in your home while being pampered and taking the time you need to physically recover? Or maybe you’re wanting more practical and emotional support while you adjust to this new life.  

 The beauty of this postpartum service is that there is no right or wrong answer. It has been designed and created to allow you the time, space and support you need to navigate this new role of being a mother. 

My support services can include (but not limited to):

• An obligation free 1 hour meet up with you and your partner (and your bub too if they have already arrived) to see if I am a good fit for your family and how I can best support you
• Support and guidance with breastfeeding and answering any questions you have about feeding. Connecting you with trusted and knowledgeable lactation consultants if needing further assistance
• Help with settling bub including swaddling and soothing techniques
• Demonstrating and assisting you to bath baby
• Looking after baby while mum or partner (or both) rest
• Support attending appointments with you or looking after baby while you go
• Practical help around the house
• Safe and supported birth debriefing if and when you feel real
• A compassionate and willing ear in a non-judgemental space
• Stopping in at the shops for groceries, pharmacy needs or hot coffee on my way to your house
• Engaging with your older children
• Helping with fur babies

My combination of professional expertise as a registered nurse and midwife, along with my personal experience as a mother of two, is invaluable when it comes to supporting couples and their newborns during those crucial first days and weeks post-birth. It's a unique perspective that can make a significant difference for you, your family and your postpartum experience.

Support packages within business hours (9am – 4pm, Mon-Fri)

1x 3-hour sessions (3 hours total) Investment: $260

 3x 3-hour sessions (9 hours total) Investment: $750

 6x 3-hour sessions (18 hours total) Investment: $1440

After hours pricing:

$95 per hour, minimum 3 hours, in your home

Overnight support:

$1,100 for 10 hours (9pm-7am)
