Hypnobirthing Australia Private Session August 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th, 5:30pm - 8:30pm

• Up to 12 hours of private one-on-one sessions for the birthing mother and birth partner.

• Hypnobirthing relaxation/ self-hypnosis tracks with music, affirmations, meditations that can be listened to while relaxing, walking or cleaning up the house and more
• Continued phone and email support right up to your birth.
• Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session.
• A goodie bag with a set of my affirmation cards of your choice, clary sage essential oil, birth comb & FREE TEN's hire (includes the TENS machine, electrode pads & postage)
• FREE copy of my early labour guide & hormones of birth guide

Investment:

The investment for you and your birth partner to work with me privately through one-on-one sessions where I come to you within the privacy of your home (within the Sydney region only) and where I can tailor the sessions specifically to your needs and wants is $970 and includes all materials and up to a half hour travel time around each session. 

Please know that in my private sessions, I bring in more information than just the Hypnobirthing program. I am a registered nurse & midwife working in one of Sydney’s biggest tertiary hospitals and am able to provide practical information and insight to our sessions. I have also completed the Optimal Maternal Positioning practitioner course and bring my extra knowledge and expertise on creating space within your pelvis and ideal labour & birthing positions into the sessions as well.

There is a $150 deposit that is made when booking in a session with me, the remaining amount will be due 1 week before the course start date
